Services are performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard practices.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the requested work is beyond our capabilities or presents unreasonable risk.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide quotes for services where possible, though some issues require diagnostic work before accurate pricing.

Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated upfront.

Final charges may vary from initial quotes if additional issues are discovered during service.

We will contact you for approval before performing work beyond the agreed scope.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

For larger projects, deposit or progress payments may be required.

Unpaid accounts may incur late fees and be referred to debt collection.

Data and Privacy

We treat your data with strict confidentiality and will not access personal files unless necessary for the service being performed.

You are responsible for backing up important data before service.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranty on labour and parts we supply, typically 30-90 days for labour and manufacturer warranty periods for parts.

Warranties cover defects in our work and supplied parts, not new issues or damage occurring after service.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and the device must not have been serviced by others after our work.

Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided for the specific issue addressed.

We are not liable for consequential damages, business losses, or data loss.

Existing problems with devices not related to our service are not our responsibility.

You acknowledge that technical work carries inherent risks despite best practices.

Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about problems and device history.

You are responsible for backing up data before service.

You must have authority to authorize service on the device.

Software on your device must be properly licensed.

You must collect completed work within a reasonable timeframe; storage fees may apply otherwise.

Uncollected Equipment

Equipment left for service must be collected within 30 days of notification that work is complete.

Storage fees may apply for equipment not collected promptly.

After 90 days, uncollected equipment may be disposed of to recover costs.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before disposal.

Cancellation and Refunds

Service cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

Diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable as work has been performed.

Deposits may be partially refundable depending on work already completed.

Refunds for unsatisfactory work will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution.

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns.

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to consumer affairs or industry dispute resolution services.
